The Pots that are exhibited in the Online Shop are priced according to size of pots and any plants or additional products that are included in your gift, will adjust the price accordingly.
We will only deliver a quality gift. There may be instances where plant substitutions may be necessary. Customers can be assured that in these instances the gift delivered will closely resemble the one featured on our website. In addition, we cannot guarantee that plants and flowers that are seen on the website will be exactly the same as one receives. Plants, blooms and flower buds are all natural beings and we cant influence when they will open. We guarantee that we will do our best at all times to deliver a beautiful and pleasing plant and pot gift.
Ordering and Delivery details must be accurate; any changes may incur additional fees. All additional fees will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.
Interstate and Overnight Deliveries:Once your gift is in transit you will be provided with a tracking number. You will need to contact the courier directly using that link provided with the tracking number to change any delivery details directly with the courier. In the event that your gift has already been delivered to the address specified on your order we cannot organise any re delivery on your behalf. This will be between you, the sender and the courier
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a refund or resend of a Queen of Green gift to you if the original plants or trees are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem. Please check out our Returns and Refund policy for more information
