Policy for Personalised Pots
Since our products are customised we DO NOT accept cancellation or return unless it has major defects.
If you simply change your mind after your purchase but before your delivery, you can still cancel the order, however, we will NOT cancel or refund the order if we have already started the work on your order and you have confirmed the artwork.
In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your Queen of Green personalised pot, we must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to assess and resolve the situation.
We DO NOT accept returns beyond 5 days of item receipt by you.
Policy for Personalised Pots and Plants.
It is important to understand that our plants are living and will react to their immediate environment and weather conditions.
Care Instructions are included with every Queen of Green product. To increase the lifespan and enjoyment of your plants and trees, we recommend these instructions are followed.
In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your Queen of Green plant, we must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to assess and resolve the situation.
In the case of major quality issues, such as your item perishing in transit, a replacement plant will be sent to you for repotting or a partial refund (to cover the cost of plant) will be given upon receipt of photographic evidence that the plant has perished. Minor quality issues, such as the presentation of your item, will be addressed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a refund or resend a Queen of Queen product to you if the original plants or trees are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
