FAQ:
At Queen of Green we can help the customer to choose what they would like or to decide what they are looking for as possibilities are endless. (We can do foreign languages and other alphabets.)
The pot is a lightweight material, very durable and there are three sizes to choose from:
Small size – 200mm x 200mm square pot
Medium Size – 250mm x 250 mm square pot
Large size – 300mm x 300 mm square pot
The Height varies according to plants, but the range is between 500 – 700mm
Pots are available in Black, White or Grey colour. They are professionally engraved, hand painted and finished.
Care Of Pots: Your pot is a unique, engraved design. It is recommended to keep your plant inside its original plastic pot within the Engraved Personalised Pot. Then to please remove for watering, or use a saucer under the plastic pot. The pots can be kept outdoors, but please don’t let it sit in water for long periods of time. Thank you.
PROCESS:
Once the client has emailed Queen of Green with their order:
– Queen of Green will then email a proof to the customer to confirm the artwork & that spelling/dates and colours are all correct.
– The pot is then produced, engraved and hand painted. (the engraving results in a slight recess to ensure durability of the lettering and paint etc.)
– The Pot can be ordered on its own or it can be potted with a plant that you have chosen from the website options.
– If you have chosen a plant then your gift is potted with a plant of your choice, gift wrapped and collected locally or delivered to the special recipient with a gift tag. Hopefully lasting for years to come, and giving many blossoms of joy.
Be mindful of where the plant will be placed and choose an indoor plant for inside and outdoor plants for outside locations.
We will only deliver a quality gift. There may be instances where plant substitutions may be necessary, such as if plants are not in season. Customers can be assured that in these instances the gift delivered will closely resemble the one featured on our website. In addition, we cannot guarantee that plants and flowers that are seen on the website will be exactly the same as someone receives.
Plants, blooms and flower buds are all natural beings and we can’t influence when they will open. We guarantee that we will do our best at all times to deliver a beautiful and pleasing plant and pot gift.
DELIVERIES:
We are not able to deliver plants in soil to WA, NT, TAS, and parts of Queensland. For these areas we are very happy to send you one of our unique pots if you request and we can leave you to pot it with your own soil and plants.
It is important to understand that our plants are living and will react to their immediate environment and the weather conditions.Care Instructions are included with every Queen of Green product. To increase the lifespan and enjoyment of your plants and trees, we recommend these instructions are followed. In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your Queen of Green plant, we must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to assess and resolve the situation.
In the case of major quality issues, such as your item perishing in transit, a replacement plant will be sent to you for repotting or a partial refund (to cover the cost of plant) will be given upon receipt of photographic evidence that the plant has perished. Minor quality issues, such as the presentation of your item, will be addressed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a refund or resend a Queen of Queen product to you if the original plants or trees are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
